No Sew Table Runner

So, I bought this fabric and I wanted to make drapes (by make I mean get someone else to
make) or finish existing panels with it but I couldn't committ, mainly because
it is floral and I'm really picky about floral fabric. I decided not to waste the 1/4 yard
I bought to 'think on' and use it as the runner on my newly refinished table (see dining post).
I used Stitch Witchery to steam and complete edges.

Old dresser redo

I have had this dresser 4 ever... I had a hard time trying to decide if I wanted to strip it down and restain it or just paint it.

Before photos--I got over zealous and started to prime before taking all 'before' shots.

My allergies won the battle so I knew I had to go with paint...but what color? I found some sample Martha Stewart paint at The Home Depot (for ike 50 cents each) and I found four matching ones so I
decided on MS Sharkey Grey...

This project had one thing after another to set me back...the 'grey' is not soo much, more greige (beige gray....less gray) but it still works so I'm not complaining....yet! The hardware must have NEVER been removed so they would not come off...I improvised and painted them in place.
Spray painted hardware after priming drawers
Brushed Nickel
I like the way it turned out.......can't say "LOVE" because there are some things I would have changed but overall...turned out good.

primed (there IS a hole in the back, no one will notice once against a wall, lol)

AFTER

I used scrapbooking paper (on sale .14 cents!) to line the drawers.

Outlet covers brought to life!

I thought I would share a quick way to make your outlet covers look unique
on the cheap. Spray paint! Just lay out on newspaper and spray whatever color
you like...soo many choices to choose from. I used Rubbed Oil Bronze:
