Soo...you hate your room but you have no money to start fresh?
You CAN still have a fresh start with no money! First, DECLUTTER!
Second, check around your house and swap pictures, accessories, etc from other rooms.
While you are looking around--do you see items you do not LOVE? GET rid of them! Please donate to Habitat, Goodwill, Kidney Foundation etc so that others can benefit from your discarded items, especially if they are still in good condition.
